Please read these terms carefully before using our platform as an Agent or Panel. Compliance with these terms is mandatory.

Eligibility

All users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements. Agents and Panels must provide accurate personal and financial information.

Application and Document Submission

Agents and Panels must submit all required documents including NID (front & back), selfie with NID, valid email, mobile number, and wallet information. Minimum 2 wallets required for agents, minimum 10 wallets for panels. Starting capital for panels must be at least 1000 USDT for Per Wallet Agent and 20,000 USDT for Panel.

Wallet and Payment Policy

Agents must maintain a minimum deposit per wallet: 500 USDT and minimum 2 wallet required. Panels must ensure all wallets meet the minimum balance. All financial transactions are in BDT and subject to verification.

Panel & Agent Management

Each Panel can recruit up to 100 Agents. Panels are responsible for managing their Agents. Exceptional service may unlock platform benefits. Panels may operate without initial investment in the future.

Working Hours

Our platform operates 24/7 with two shifts. Agents and Panels must follow the schedule assigned to them for optimal performance.

Privacy and Security

All submitted documents and personal information are kept confidential and used solely for verification and platform purposes.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from operations on the platform will be resolved according to platform policies and applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
